Its Boiled eggs.
I use Egg Genie to cook it. I also toast a multigrain bread with a spread of extra virgin coconut oil and thats it!
No cooking required.
I add a glass of cows milk if I am really hungry.
This makes up for at least 30% of my total energy consumption for the day.
And I don’t feel hungry until late afternoon-early evening.
