Weight training is tough work. It requires high level of energy, focus and strength.
If you perform cardio before weights, you would never be able to give it the best shot.
Here’s what you can do:
Perform cardio after weights.
My workouts are super intense. After few sets of squats or parallel grip deadlifts and few other movements, it close to impossible for me to hop on a recumbent bike or a treadmill and do a low intensity cardio, let alone a HIIT session!
If you face the same issue, here are 2 more variations you can do:
Shift the cardio component of your training to other days.
Here’s how your week can look like:
Do your weight training in the morning and cardio/brisk walk in the evening or vice-versa.
Hope this helps!
P.s. I am in the process of writing a book for beginners that will help them gain muscle. Email me (email@example.com) the BIGGEST problem you are facing or have faced as beginner when trying to gain muscle as a beginner.
I shall then add you on my email list and will send you a free copy of the book as a GIFT:)
