Even if you spend few hundred dollars going for expensive methods like DEXA Scan, Bod Pods or Underwater weighing, there is very little chance that you will get the right number.
Let’s just say you spend money and got a number. In order to measure your progress are you willing to spend few hundred dollars again to measure your success rate? I doubt it! Not worth it at all!
